How do I get started with Momentra?
Getting started is simple. Register on our website and create your profile with a few key details. Then complete the free Care Connection Questionnaire — a quick snapshot of your needs and goals that becomes the foundation for your personalized care. From there, your dedicated Care Ambassador reaches out through your preferred method (text, email, phone, or video on the Momentra platform) and guides you through the next steps.
How often will I interact with my Care Ambassador?
As often as works for you. Check-ins are fully customizable — weekly, monthly, or whatever rhythm fits your life — and can happen by text, email, phone, or video on the Momentra platform. Your Care Ambassador adapts to your preferences so support always feels personal, never one-size-fits-all.
Is Momentra available nationwide?
Yes. Momentra’s virtual care navigation and life-enrichment platform is available across the United States, so you can receive support and services regardless of where you live.
What technology do I need to use Momentra?
Very little. You can connect by text, email, voice call, or video, and log in to the Momentra platform from any standard web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. We meet you at your comfort level and patiently help build confidence with the technology — our goal is to make Momentra friendly and accessible for everyone.
What training do Care Ambassadors have?

Absolutely — that’s the heart of the Care Circle. Every member gets a Care Circle dashboard to add family, friends, or caregivers so they can stay informed and engaged in the care journey. We also offer guidance and support to your Care Circle, keeping everyone aligned around your well-being.
How does Momentra provide companionship?
Companionship comes through your dedicated Care Ambassador, who builds a consistent, trusted relationship over time using a warm, people-first mix of human connection and simple technology.
